The two founding partners of Changing Winds come from the international corporate world.

These two career women share a vision about what it would be like for companies to have a culture that is more open to change and to continuous improvement. A culture focused on more efficient processes that assesses each link in the chain and engages in continuous bi-directional feedback. 

Ana García Mateo  has spent the last 20 years of her professional career between Spain and France. After graduating from CUNEF, she has held numerous positions in finance departments in various economic sectors until 2012 when she decided to redirect her professional career with a Master’s degree in Coaching and NLP. Since then, she has helped hundreds of people to transform and improve themselves. She has also collaborated with numerous companies in training and change management. Ana works every day with the conviction that anyone who strives to reach their maximum development, in addition to improving their individual performance, will be able to strengthen and improve the Society in which we live.

 Alejandra Pardo Hevia-Aza, She has developed her career in different countries over nearly 20 years, during which she was able, among other things, to lay the foundations for various Operations and Marketing teams in technology companies, working on this with HR, and forming part of management and strategy committees. From doing this, and in addition to her work in the digital world and to leading international teams remotely, she became convinced that the greatest source of resilience in a company and the ability to adapt, emanates from its culture. She also has an MBA from INSEAD

Company culture

From observing the corporate world and in the light of recent events, they became convinced that what is really important for the survival of a company is an ability to be able to adapt to any change. And for this to occur, in addition to relying on technology and different methodologies, a balance must be found between traditional skills in the business world, such as leadership, competitiveness and other, traditionally more feminine skills. Cooperation, creativity, empathy, intuition have an impact, but they are not quite so visible on first glance.

There should be a win-win focus for both company and employee, and this should be the essential framework for improving all the other projects. 

Changingwinds came into existence in this way, with the aim of helping companies overcome the resistance to change and making their culture an engine of growth.
